Virtual therapy (also called teletherapy or online counselling) provides the same evidence-based psychotherapy available in-person, delivered through secure, PHIPA-compliant video conferencing. At Oakville Therapy by Counselling & Co., all of our Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Registered Social Workers (RSW) offer virtual sessions to clients located anywhere in Ontario. Virtual therapy is clinically effective for anxiety, depression, trauma (including EMDR), couples therapy, ADHD, and most other concerns — research consistently shows outcomes equivalent to in-person treatment.

- All evidence-based modalities available virtually — CBT, EFT, EMDR, Brainspotting, narrative therapy, and more

- Technical support — we help you get set up and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
