Camp Co.: Inside Out PA Day Camp — March 20, 2026

This March, Counselling & Co. is bringing the magic of Inside Out to life with Camp Co. — a one-day PA Day camp designed for kids ages 7–12. Through expressive art, storytelling, and role play, campers will learn how to name, understand, and express their feelings in healthy ways — especially the tricky ones like frustration, embarrassment, or disappointment.
What Campers Will Be Doing
Camp Co. is packed with hands-on activities designed to help children explore their emotions through creativity, play, and connection.
- Create Your Own Inside Out Character — Campers will design their own unique emotion characters by drawing and bringing them to life. This creative activity helps children explore and express different feelings in a fun, imaginative way.
- Act It Out: Expressing Our Emotions — Through music, movement, and playful props, campers will explore how different emotions might look and move. This group activity encourages kids to recognize and express their feelings while being creative, silly, and having fun.
- Core Memory Glitter Jars — Campers will create their own "Core Memory" glitter jars using colours, sparkles, and small symbols that represent meaningful memories. This calming craft encourages reflection and emotional awareness.
- Take-Home Emotion Journal Activity — Every camper goes home with an emotion journal to continue exploring their feelings long after camp is over.
Camp Details
Camp Co. runs on March 20, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our Oakville office — 2904 South Sheridan Way, Unit 100, Oakville. The camp is open to children ages 7–12 and costs $90 per day.
